How long does a session take?
Session lengths vary by package and upgrades.
Including setup, filmed interview, and breakdown of equipment, the Instant Intro should take less than an hour, the In-Depth Intro less than 90 minutes, and the Iconic Intro less than two hours.
Please allow some additional time for certain upgrades.
What equipment do you bring?
We bring two small cameras, two tripods, and two lights. We can also bring a backdrop at your request.
All of our gear is compact, lightweight, and safe for your floors.
Where does the session take place?
We make it easy by coming to you!
Your home or office usually works great for an introduction video, but we can also bring a backdrop if you’d prefer to show less of your environment and keep the focus on you.
How long will it take to get my video files?
You'll receive your videos within four days for Instant Intro, and within seven days for the In-Depth or Iconic Intros.
Need it sooner? Expedited delivery options are available for a cost.
Can I request edits/revisions?
Yes, you’re able to send a list of revisions anytime within the first week after delivery and we’ll accommodate those at no extra cost.
Additional revisions thereafter cost $100.
What areas do you service?
We currently service all of Los Angeles, but feel free to reach out if you live outside the city and we’ll see what we can do to help.
